Monday Menopause Motivator!

Beginning October 9, 2023 – 6 pm (mountain time)

Let’s ease our menopause symptoms by adding one healthy habit per week.

Perfection is not expected from you. However, expect support and empowerment from me!

In addition to experiencing menopausal symptoms, women are feeling anxious and depressed, suffering from low self-esteem, becoming socially withdrawn, and feeling a lack of motivation in the menopausal transition.

In my upcoming program, I am offering a combination of group meetings, mentoring, and support:

Week one will consist of a Menopause 101 session where I will discuss the menopause wellness pillars and have us begin our journey with an easy habit to adopt.
Each week thereafter will consist of one 60+ minute group meeting where we discuss wins of the week, questions/concerns while we support and provide motivation for each other. Also, I will discuss in-depth that week’s healthy habit and how it pertains to easing menopause symptoms. During the remainder of the week, I will be available for questions and support via text and/or scheduled mini-chats. (If you want more in-depth 1:1 mentoring/coaching, please inquire about adding an individualized session per week for a reduced price).

Each week’s habits will be small enough to be a “win” for everyone but important enough to be transformative.

The Fee schedule is as follows:

  • $15/week or
  • $50/month or
  • $125/3 months or
  • $225/6 months
